Reach Out and Read Arizona announced on November 5th, 2007 at the RORAZ Fifth Annual Fall Meeting that Rep. Chad Campbell was the recipient of the 2007 RORAZ Early Literacy Leader of the Year Award in recognition of his commitment to improving early literacy for Arizona's children.
