Book Purchasing Opportunities

Listed below are links to catalogs and books available for purchase that may be of interest to Arizona ROR programs.  These have been provided by a variety of sources and should not be considered a comprehensive list of books available for purchase.  For additional information on books that may be available please visit www.myror.org  or contact your local Arizona ROR Coordinator.

Using Tax Credit Donations to purchase books:

Tax Credit Donations collected by ROR sites can be used to purchase books.  Sites can do this by:

1. Place an order and have the books and shipped to your site.
2. Have invoice sent to: Reach Out and Read Arizona, 2600 N. Central Ave, Suite 635 Phoenix, Az 85004
3. When the books arrive, verify the delivery is correct and then fax the Payment Request Form to your regional coordinator for payment.  We will then pay the bill.  Your tax credit fund balance will be updated on www.myror.org following the payment.

Offering several high quality board and paperback titles at $1.00.  List of titles and order form provided below.  Shipping is free. Contact Publisher at 1-888-454-0097 or orders@midpt.com to obtain an updated list of titles available as some titles are selling out.  When completing this order form, leave the RIF line blank unless using RIF dollars for the purchase.  ROR sites can use this form for non-RIF purchases.
